Brayan Flores is the owner of Flores Innovations, overseeing the company’s operations, growth, and day to day business.

With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering quality work, Brayan works closely with customers, contractors, and the team to make sure every project is organized and completed to a high standard.

He oversees business development, contracts, hiring and overall project management while continuing to grow Flores Innovations into a trusted name in grain bins, millwright and fencing.

As Co-Owner of Flores Innovations, Martin brings hands on experienced and leadership to the field. His background in millwright work gives him a strong understanding of the equipment, processes, and standards required to complete projects properly.

Martin works directly with the field team, helping coordinate crews, materials and day to day jobsite operations while maintaining aa strong focus on safety, workmanship and quality.

His hands on approach and experience help ensure every project is completed with the quality and attention to detail that Flores Innovations stands for.

As Fence Manager , Martin oversees the fencing division from estimating and planning through project completion. He works closely with customers and crews to coordinate materials, scheduling, and day to day project needs.

With a strong focus on organization and quality. Martin helps ensure every fencing project is completed efficiently and to the high standards of Flores Innovations.

From the initial estimate to the final installation, Martin helps keep each project organized, on schedule and built to last.
